Manage NPL portfolio through all-rounded recovery duties for resolving NPL
Negotiate with the delinquent customers on debt restructuring and formulate an appropriate debt scheme to minimize the non-performing loans at the bank as well as to maximize recovery to the bank
Conduct credit analysis and prepare proposal to seek approval for debt restructuring scheme
Implement and monitor appropriate collection activity to ensure customers’ payment as agreed terms
Manage the legal recovery actions including but not limited to ensuring compliance of all regulatory requirements and policies in relation to all legal proceedings, liaising with Litigation Department and legal advisors for appropriate legal action and debt repayment scheme to the litigated customers and following up on subsequent legal action until all legal avenues end.
Effectively coordinate with team members and the relevant parties and recommend direction and guidelines to ensure achievement of performance objectives and goals
Prepare and update accurate and timely regular or ad hoc reports
Keep updated with any changes to law and regulation with respect to legal recovery of NPL
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration and related fields
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Credit Loan and Debt Restructuring fields
Sound knowledge of all aspects of credit industry and basic legal knowledge, particularly related in debt restructuring
Good credit judgement and strong negotiation, communication and people skills
Able to handle multi-task and manage time effectively, accurately and attentively to detail
Good collaboration and teamwork and high dedication
Good command in English: Writing and Speaking
Computer literate in MS office
