Step into the role of AVP - CORE at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will focus on driving operational efficiency and capacity creation within PBWM Operations through data-led insights, automation, and advanced analytics. The incumbent will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver process optimisation, intelligent automation, and performance improvement initiatives at scale.

Drive process optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives using data analytics, MI, and automation solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy analytics, dashboards, and reports using Python, Power BI, Excel, and automation tools.
Lead and contribute to RPA (UiPath) and AI/ML/GenAI-enabled automation use cases across business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, influence decisions, and implement change.
Manage risk, governance, and controls while ensuring effective communication of insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Desirable skills set:
Strong hands-on expertise in Python, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, and advanced Excel/MI reporting.
Proven experience in RPA (UiPath) and exposure to AI, ML, and GenAI-driven automation.
Solid background in data analytics, performance optimisation, and operational transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
