As our business continues to expand across the United States and internationally, we're seeking an experienced and visionary Assistant Vice President, Claims to be an integral member of the claims operations for our specialized niche product portfolio.
This is far more than a traditional claims leadership position. It is an opportunity to become a visible and influential leader within a growing specialty organization, working closely with the President, senior executives, key distribution partners, and WR Berkley corporate leadership. You'll have significant autonomy to shape the direction of the role, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help define the future of our claims organization.

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include: • Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 • Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus. • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
