What you will be doing

  • Develop and enhance the onboarding platform to provide optimal solutions for SME customers.

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery and usage of cash products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor offerings, and industry trends, using insights to innovate and improve products and processes.

  • Develop and manage the roadmap and implementation timelines for differentiated banking solutions.

  • Strategize go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches and monitor customer acceptance through tracking metrics.

  • Monitor product performance through analytics and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Provide support to bank-wide development, including core banking revamp, banking website revamp, etc.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.

  • Minimum of 5 -10 years' working experience in banking, preferably in SME banking, product management and / or digital product management

  • Experienced with senior stakeholder management, and for pushing through initiatives in a challenging environment

  • Independent worker with an ability to multi-task under tight timelines

  • Driven, willing to challenge the status-quo and be innovative in problem solving

  • Strong understanding of banking products and balances between benefit to the bank and benefit to the customer

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to execution, with a focus on customer experience.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Prior experience in product management – consumer or commercial products – and/or Cash or lending experience. i.e. SME Credit or Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with Trade knowledge will be a plus
