We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP, AI Solution Lead

Principal responsibilities

• Leading the experimentation and assessment of new AI & Generative AI models, infrastructures, Cloud-native services.

• Develop prototype applications to demonstrate the potential relevancy / enhancement to business and transformation opportunities.

• Coordinate the collaborative engineering development work in the team to ensure fast and agile delivery pace.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to review the as-is business operation model and identify potential opportunities for optimization using Machine Learning or AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on working experience in software engineering roles or Machine Learning engineering roles.

• Proven capability in understanding the Large Language Model (LLM) and hands-on experience in prompt engineering and developing LLM-based business applications.

• Proficient in developing quick prototype of Machine Learning / AI applications using State-of-Art frontend and backend technology stack, preferably React.js, Python, Javascript, Flutter, etc.

• Digital application wireframe and prototype development experience is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of DevOps, DataOps or MLOps.

• Cloud-native AI / ML model & application development and deployment experience is preferred.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
