VOS RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
Leadership & Gestion d'équipe
Superviser et développer une équipe de représentants plaideurs
Établir les objectifs de performance et assurer un suivi régulier
Cultiver une culture d'excellence juridique et continue
Excellence opérationnelle
Préparer et plaider les dossiers devant la CNESST et les tribunaux administratifs
Garantir la qualité et la préparation adéquate de chaque dossier
Superviser la facturation et les indicateurs de performance
Assurer la conformité aux exigences du Barreau du Québec
Relations & Conformité
Gérer les relations stratégiques avec les clients et conseillers internes
Veiller à la formation continue et au suivi de la jurisprudence
Maintenir des standards élevés en protection des renseignements personnels
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Expérience & Accréditation
Avocat admis au Barreau du Québec (minimum 10 ans de pratique)
Expérience significative en représentation devant la CNESST/Tribunal administratif du travail
Expertise juridique
Maîtrise démontrée en SST (LATMP, LSST) et normes du travail
Connaissance approfondie de la Loi sur les accidents du travail et les maladies professionnelles
Solide compréhension des règles de procédure des tribunaux administratifs
Compétences clés
Capacités exceptionnelles en plaidoirie et rédaction juridique
Leadership stratégique et gestion d'équipe
Pensée analytique et résolution de problèmes complexes
Excellente communication et présentation
