Essential experience of the Avionics Senior Supervisor:

  • A confident avionics supervisor with strong technical credibility
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a safety‑critical, regulated environment

  • A proactive approach to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the Avionics Senior Supervisor:

  • Completion of a recognised avionics or aeronautical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification
  • Authorisation to carry out and oversee vital or independent inspections is desirable.
