What does this role look like?
The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth, and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence. The Mechanical, Harness & Parts Engineering Manager is a leader on the LE2 – Tactical Avionics team supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. You will lead the engineering execution of the design and integration of Mechanical, Harness, and Parts (MH&P) hardware for the Tactical Avionics subsystem. Work is focused on delivering hardware deliverables on schedule. This role blends electrical‑hardware design, system integration, and development in a fast‑paced, mission‑oriented environment.

Manages the application of electrical, electronic and mechanical principles to components and systems, including assembly, analysis, and documentation of results; construction of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies and components; and quality testing. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees support and participation in the design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electromechanical systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
