The Civil Project Engineer leads the planning, design, and execution of aviation-related civil engineering projects within Parkhill’s Aviation Practice. This role requires specialized knowledge in airport infrastructure and airfield des ign. The engineer will serve as Engineer of Record and manage projects from concept through construction in accordance with FAA and state standards.
