BDO Ireland is building its Aviation Advisory practice, focused on delivering practical, commercially focused advice to the global aviation and aircraft leasing industry. We are keen to connect with talented individuals across Graduate, Consultants, Assistant Manager, and Manager levels who may be interested in joining our dynamic and fast-growing Aviation Advisory practice.

Aviation Finance is a complex and dynamic sector; our focus is on helping clients make better strategic, financial, and operational decisions. By bringing together professionals who have worked directly across aircraft leasing, airlines, financing, and asset management, we provide advice that is grounded in real industry experience and supported by BDO’s global platform and technology partnerships.

We’re interested in professionals from
- Aircraft leasing companies
- Airlines (finance, fleet planning, operations, network strategy)
- Aviation advisory or consulting firms
- Banking, finance, or investment roles with aviation exposure
- Students or recent graduates with an undergraduate or master’s degree in aviation finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Individuals with a strong interest in the aviation industry and a desire to build a career in advisory
