We are looking for an Avian / Exotic Veterinarian to join our team at Lange Animal Hospital!

We are ideally seeking a veterinarian who is interested in seeing avian and exotic patients exclusively. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

Lange Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary practice in Knoxville, TN, providing care for dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, reptiles, and other exotic species.

Our ideal candidate:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
• AVBP Board Certification or desire to work towards certification in Avian, Zoological Medicine, Small Mammal, Reptile or Amphibian
• Experience conducting various types of surgeries, vaccinations and health checks on Avian, Exotic and Pocket Pets
• An outgoing, client-focused, compassionate veterinarian who loves collaborating within a team environment
• Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
