We’re looking for a confident AV Trading Account Manager to join our London team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to optimise media investment, own key media owner relationships, and play a central role in delivering trading performance across clients.

⚡How you’ll make an impact
We’re looking for a confident AV Investment & Trading Account Manager who can lead, influence, and deliver from day one. You’ll hit the ground running, owning key media owner relationships and acting as the go-to partner for client teams
🚀 What you’ll be doing
Lead campaign delivery, tracking performance and value
Support client/trading teams in delivering the agency’s AV trading vision.
Manage TV reconciliations and core trading processes
Support data-led optimisation and pricing conversations
Produce insights on market trends, audiences, and competitors
Collaborate across trading, client, finance, and investment teams
Identify and implement opportunities to improve AV output and operational effectiveness.
Lead the monthly TV reconciliation process
Produce insightful reports on audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity
Develop expertise in media owner platforms (e.g., C4 Portal, Planet V) and ARMalytics.
Manage and maintain key trading and financial tracking documents
🏆What we’re looking for
2–3 years in AV trading / investment / media buying
Strong knowledge of AV markets, trading, and value tracking
Confident working with media owners and stakeholders
Data-driven, detail-focused, and commercially sharp
Proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to step up
A problem-solver with attention to detail, particularly in tracking value and resolving trading issues
Ability to analyse data and monitor trading performance across clients and media owners
Comfortable working cross-functionally with investment, client, trading, and finance teams
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience (or familiarity) with key industry tools such as BARB, Media Explorer, Caria, TechEdge/CFlight, AdDynamix, TGI, Mediatel
We also welcome high-calibre candidates from related industries, such as finance, auditing, or marketing, who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and transferable skills.
