JOB LOCATION: AMMAN - JORDAN 

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented AV/IT Specialist with a passion for creating exceptional audio-visual experiences for a VVIP client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electronic systems, Crestron programming, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Systems Integration: Design, install, configure, and commission complex audio-visual systems, including AV processors, home theaters, video projectors, mixers, amplifiers, microphones, speakers, and CCTV equipment.
2. Crestron Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and experience with Crestron systems, programming for automation and control.
3. Troubleshooting and Repair: Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning AV equipment and electronic components, utilizing technical manuals and schematics.
4. Technical Documentation and Communication: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation, effectively communicate with clients regarding system functionality and operation, and prepare comprehensive reports.
5. Project Management: Work independently to manage assigned projects, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets, while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
6. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear and professional communication with colleagues, vendors, and clients, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Arabic.
7. Technical Skills and Knowledge: Possess a strong foundation in computer and network operations, coupled with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in the Audio-Visual industry.
• Crestron Certified Programmer qualification (highly desirable).
• Excellent knowledge of all Audio & Video Systems, CCTV systems, and electronic components.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong command of written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and AV entertainment technology (a plus).
