Job Description

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an AV Technician at Mililani Mortuary Our tech teams assume the crucial role of ensuring the seamless operation of tech during the delicate memorialization lifecycle. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers, and peace-of-mind-providers - we implement checks and balances to maintain consistency and uphold our commitment to care in every event.

Responsibilities

  • Work with families to design personalized multimedia elements including printed materials, videos, memorials, etc. as requested
  • Assist Funeral Directors and families with setting up audio and video equipment for services
  • Perform troubleshooting on audio and video equipment to maintain system availability
  • Research, recommend, install, and test hardware, software, and network configurations for chapels
  • Provide and design multimedia for office functions and special events, including offsite requests.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Windows and Mac systems and Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking and server systems.
  • Skilled in popular audio/video/photo file formats and interchangeability

Compensation

  • $20.00/hr.
