📍 Location: MCC — Nashville, TN | 💰 Pay: $19.75/hr – $23.80/hr (Based on experience & qualifications) | 🕒 Full Time

Are you an AV technician with a passion for live events and a commitment to excellence? Join LMG as an AV Tech supporting the Music City Center in Nashville. You will be on the front line delivering professional audiovisual experiences for conventions, conferences, and high visibility corporate productions.

From lighting and audio setup to leading small crews on site, you will help ensure every event runs seamlessly and reflects LMG’s reputation for world class service.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will support daily operations inside MCC, working directly with clients, venue staff, and LMG’s internal teams.

Day to Day

✅ Set up, operate, maintain, and strike AV equipment for events
✅ Troubleshoot issues in real time and make adjustments to ensure smooth execution
✅ Work independently or lead small crews depending on event needs
✅ Review paperwork, orders, schedules, and transfers to prep for upcoming events
✅ Maintain inventory accuracy and report any damage or equipment concerns
✅ Conduct cycle counts and consumable inventory checks
✅ Communicate with operations and sales teams before, during, and after events
✅ Build relationships with convention center teams and assist sales with client engagement
