Job Description:

Reporting to the AV Support Lead, the AV Support Specialist is responsible for multimedia and audio visuals technologies for King business. Main duties will be in the London office, there will be some remote duties to assist the other offices when required.

Your role within the Kingdom

• Ensure AV hardware and software environment in King London office is prepared to meet end user and business needs.
• Local point of contact for key events like monthly Kingdom calls.
• Help the Comms team plan Leadership events in the London office.
• Coordinate resources and master controls of AV environment during events.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving of AV related hardware and software.
• Responsible for AV equipment inventory, stock, commission and decommission in the London office.
• Participate in the creation of AV environment documentation.
• Work in close cooperation especially with corporate Network along with the rest of IT teams.
• Help coordinate the different AV service providers.
• Participate in global projects for AV related activities.

Skills to create thrills

• Extensive experience with video conference and broadcasting systems.
• Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems.
• On top of the latest trends, hardware and features in AV technologies.
• Deep knowledge of graphics, encoding and video editing software.
