Due to growth in an existing long-standing client relationship, we have an opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual Service Engineer to work on-site at a prestigious organization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the client and provide support for the purchase, rental, installation, and service of AV and videoconferencing equipment and the associated technical integrations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all on-site AV/VC installations

  • Hands-on installation, delivery and maintenance of AV/VC projects

  • Act as the first point of contact for the client for all AV/VC activities

  • Diagnosing non-functioning AV or VC systems and resolving faults efficiently and structurally

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on site

  • Ensuring the timely supply and preparation of materials and tools

  • Conduct intake interviews to support the Rental & Implementation Operations departments so that our commercial activities align with customer needs

  • Independently perform all administrative tasks, such as material registration, time recording, processing packing slips and preparing service documents (maintenance reports)

Skills & Experience

  • MBO work and thinking level (technical direction)

  • Experience as a Service Engineer with audiovisual and videoconferencing technologies

  • Hands-on experience with electronics, video and audio equipment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Must have fluent English and ALSO Dutch B2 proficiency
