• Oversee daily operations of the AV service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support on complex projects.

• Develop and implement service protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest AV technologies.
• Monitor inventory and equipment, ensuring all tools are available and in working condition.
• Prepare and manage budgets for service operations and project implementations.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AV service management or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
