Figure is a robotics and AI company that develops general-purpose autonomous humanoid robots. The company's goal is to launch humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. Our robots are designed to perform a wide variety of tasks in the residential and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, California, and requires 5 days a week in office collaboration. It's time to build.

As IT/AV Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of all conference rooms, presentation spaces, and ongoing break/fix of audio visual systems. In addition, you will support the IT operations team with ongoing Tier 1 Help Desk tickets, driving issues from report to close-out, assisting with onboarding, offboarding, imaging, inventory and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Managing a fleet of conference rooms in a Zoom environment, supporting ongoing break/fix, user support & training.
• Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Chat Software, Email, etc)
• Assist in building and documenting standards and IT policies across the company.
• Manage Google Workspace and Okta accounts, groups, and access in coordination with the IT team.
• Act as backup point of contact for AV support when lead is unavailable.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in IT or AV support, operations or installation, including experience in:
• AV/VC systems knowledge in a corporate environment
• Hands-on experience with device management tools such as Fleet and Google Device Policy MDM systems.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Okta IDP.
• Solid knowledge of office networks (Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs, etc).
• Excellent customer service, problem solving and teamwork abilities.
• CA Drivers License

Bonus Qualifications:

• Direct experience with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, Envoy, FleetDM
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Direct experience with Logitech & Neat hardware and management tools.
• Scripts or basic automation for device configuration.
• Industry certifications ex: AVIXA CTS, Dante, QSC, Extron, Crestron,
• Experience operating within a globally distributed, fast paced enterprise environment.
