What you'll be doing
As an AV Innovation Analyst Co-op on the Technology Operations team, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of events across CIBC. You'll collaborate with colleagues to stage and run events, assist clients with their needs, and help ensure each event is a success from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include managing event logistics, handling transcriptions, assisting with event clean-up, and contributing to post-event activities such as building videos for future viewing. You'll gain hands-on experience through testing and trialing new approaches, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of technology and media platforms.

How you'll succeed
Event Support and Coordination - Assist with planning, staging, and running events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for participants.
Client Interaction - Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide support throughout the event lifecycle, including filling out intake forms based on client requests and managing calendars/scheduling and conducting dry runs.
Content Creation and Management - Participate in building videos and other media content for post-event viewing, ensuring accessibility and quality. Experience or interest in virtual/hybrid event platforms and troubleshooting is an asset.
Quality Assurance and Testing - Engage in testing and trialing new approaches to enhance technology solutions within CIBC.
Hardware & Software Testing: Assisting with functionality, compatibility, and performance testing for new and existing headsets, as well as troubleshooting, certification/testing support, and documentation.
