The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery and develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs and maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources.
Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies.
Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, monitor project progress and provide training, skill development opportunities for team members, the project outcomes and team activities report to the institution's leadership.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related fields. MBA or management qualifications are a plus.
Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in video production, team management, or content creation, preferably in the education sector.
Leadership and project management skills.
Strong understanding of video production workflows and tools.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to foster a creative and productive team environment.
