About the Role:Join AV & Security Solutions as an AV / Alarm Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing safety and security through cutting-edge technology. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of audio-visual and alarm systems, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems and alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients on-site and remotely.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to AV and security systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all installations and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in audio-visual and alarm system installation and maintenance.
• Technical certifications in AV or security systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Basic knowledge of networking and wiring principles is a plus.

Compensation: $27.00 - $45.00 per hour
