Key Responsibilities:
Integración y depuración de cuentas (Cuentas por Pagar, anticipos a proveedores).
· Dar seguimiento a los anticipos otorgados a proveedores y empleados con la finalidad de evitar retraso en su comprobación
· Brindar apoyo en actividades de carácter administrativo relacionados con el área, así como dar seguimiento a las necesidades de cada una de las sucursales.
· Registro cheques (finiquitos, pensiones)
· Apoyo en registro contable de pasivo de proveedores (remesa)
· Seguimiento a pagos (comprobantes y rechazos)
· Integración de gastos
· Armado de expedientes de proveedores
· Registro Alta de proveedores
· Cuadre de Remesa VS Pagos
· Amortización gastos de instalación
· Amortización mejoras de edificios
· Responsabilidades adicionales (apoyo en auditorias, requerimientos, etc.)
