Responsabilidades:

• Dar suporte administrativo, técnico e operacional a todos os gestores e projetos (Facilities, TI, EA, RAD, TGI, LSE e ÁUDIO) da filial, visando auxiliar nos prazos de entrega e qualidade das informações.;
• Atender os colaboradores, fornecendo e recebendo informações; tratar de documentos variados da filial, cumprindo todo o procedimento necessário referente aos mesmos;
• Preparar relatórios e planilhas; executar serviços diversos da área de escritório, incluindo verificações de documentos fiscais para prestação de contas na área financeira;
• Dar suporte as demandas relacionadas as pesquisas e area tecnica;
• Apoiar nas atividades em geral da filial.

Requisitos:

• Ensino médio completo;
• Experiencia com atividades administrativas;
• Conhecimento no pacote office;
• Formação completa ou cursando superior será considerado um diferencial.
