The Vehicle Supply Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the end-to-end vehicle supply chain process to ensure vehicles are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and ready for customer deployment. This role leads strategic planning, supplier and partner management, and operational execution across all stages of vehicle supply, including vehicle ordering, importation, port operations, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), logistics, titling, registration, and leasing readiness.
The position serves as the primary coordinator between internal stakeholders and external supply chain partners, developing scalable processes, operational frameworks, service level agreements, and performance metrics to support growing fleet volumes and customer commitments. The Vehicle Supply Program Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, mitigates supply chain risks, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops reporting tools and KPIs that provide visibility into operational performance and delivery timelines.
Success in this role requires strong program management, supply chain operations, vendor management, logistics, and cross-functional leadership capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and reliable vehicle supply solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
