Job Description

This role acts as the key interface between the After-Sales Network, Technical Assistance teams, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders involved in field issue resolution.

The objective of the position is to ensure that critical customer and field issues are properly analyzed, prioritized, and resolved, ultimately providing effective solutions to the dealership network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for one or more vehicles or commodities regarding significant field quality issues.
  • Coordinate interactions between Technical Assistance, Control Tower, Engineering, Quality, Project Teams, Manufacturing Plants, Spare Parts, and Tool Teams.
  • Ensure that field data and technical information collected from the network are complete and accurate enough to support engineering investigations.
  • Drive Engineering teams to progress investigations and accelerate solution development.
  • Monitor issue resolution activities and ensure the timely execution of action plans.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of after-sales solutions, including:
  • Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)
  • Spare parts actions
  • Software updates
  • Technical campaigns
  • Participate in vehicle quality reviews and cross-functional meetings.
  • Escalate critical topics and ensure alignment among all involved stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Technical Assistance
  • After-Sales
  • Quality
  • Engineering
  • Vehicle Validation
  • Vehicle Development
  • Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and vehicle systems.
  • Broad knowledge of automotive processes and interactions between Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and After-Sales organizations.
  • Ability to understand technical topics across different vehicle domains (chassis, body, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.) without necessarily being a specialist in each area.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent level of Italian and English.
