We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to establish and
lead the validation organization for next-generation Electric Vehicles (EV) and
Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platforms. The role is responsible for building
HIL testing capabilities, leading validation activities across vehicle domains,
connected vehicle services, and modern E/E architectures including Centralized
and Zonal Architectures.

• 
  Build and lead HIL testing capability, including strategy, lab setup, team development, simulation models, test automation, and CI/CD integration.
• 
  Lead validation activities for key vehicle domains: Driving Systems, Charging Systems, Thermal Management, Body Electronics, High Voltage & Low Voltage Systems and Vehicle Power State Management
• 
  Lead Connected Vehicle validation, covering Remote Services, Diagnostics, FOTA/SOTA, Fleet Management, Mobile Apps, Backend Services, and Vehicle Data Platforms.
• 
  Lead EEA Platform validation, including Central Compute, Zonal Controllers, AUTOSAR, Linux-based systems, middleware, vehicle services, and in-vehicle network protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP, DDS, DoIP, UDS, TSN, VLAN).
• 
  Manage HIL test environments using tools such as Vector CANoe, dSPACE SCALEXIO, ETAS LABCAR, ECU-TEST, and NI PXI.

Requirements

• 
  10+ years of automotive validation/testing experience.
• 
  5+ years in Test Lead/Test Manager roles.
• 
  Experience with HIL, EV, SDV, and vehicle integration testing.
• 
  Strong understanding of Centralized and Zonal E/E Architectures
• 
  Preferred:
  - Experience building HIL organizations from scratch.
  - Experience with OTA and Connected Vehicle platforms.
  - Experience managing teams of 20+ engineers.
