About Accurate Auto!

Accurate Auto is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician with at least 5 years of professional experience. This flat-rate position offers earning potential of $100,000–$125,000 annually, depending on skill level and production.

Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, a heated and air-conditioned shop, modern Snap-on and Autel diagnostic equipment, Tekmetric DVIs, and support from an experienced Master Technician. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, drivability, and other vehicle concerns across a variety of automotive systems.
• Perform automotive repairs based on diagnostic findings and identified vehicle needs.
• Handle a balanced mix of automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hands-on mechanical repair work.
• Service and repair passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
• Perform engine or transmission removal and replacement when required.
• Use Snap-on and Autel scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections using Tekmetric.
• Collaborate with the shop team to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience servicing passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
• Ability to perform both diagnostic and repair work rather than specializing exclusively in one area.
• A-Level technician capability preferred; strong B-Level technicians will also be considered.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required; European vehicle experience is a plus.
• Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspection experience is helpful but not required; training is available.

Compensation & Benefits

• A-Level earning potential: $100,000–$125,000 annually.
• Strong B-Level earning potential: $80,000–$100,000 annually.
• Pay type: Flat rate.
