Automotive Technician (No Weekends, $35–$45/hr)

Pay: $35–$45/hr flat rate + OTE $100k+ | Schedule: Mon–Fri, No Weekends | Hours: 40–50/week

Your Role

• Engine & transmission repairs and replacements
• Diagnose & troubleshoot vehicles quickly and accurately
• Complete general repairs and smaller tasks
• Work closely with a skilled, team-oriented crew
• Track jobs with Tekmetric
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as Automotive Technician (A/B Level)
• Strong diagnostics in a flat-rate pay system
• Motivated, professional, team-focused
• Independent shop experience preferred (European, domestic, Asian vehicles)
• Background check required
