Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, team player, and have a positive attitude. Seeking technicians to diagnose and present solutions, with integrity, transparency and a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Expand knowledge and grow in experience, as an automotive technician across a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles
• Complete accurate, and transparent digital courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns effectively.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate findings related to guest concerns
• Work together as a team, to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
