Master Automotive Technician - $100K-$140K Potential - No Weekends

Location: Centralia, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends

Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr Flat Rate, depending on experience and skills

Pay Type: Flat Rate

Introduction

We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician in Centralia, WA with 8+ years of professional shop experience. Earn $45-$50/hr flat rate with $100K-$140K annual earning potential. This Monday-Friday opportunity offers no weekends, advanced diagnostic work, paid training, and a clean, fully digital shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across major vehicle systems.
  • Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, engine performance, and intermittent concerns.
  • Repair brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, transmission, and engine systems.
  • Use OBD-II scanners, digital multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and accurately document findings.
  • Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors and team members.
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality workmanship while maintaining an organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Master-level automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Strong electrical, drivability, and engine performance diagnostic experience.
  • Proficiency with scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and digital inspection platforms.
  • ASE Certifications highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45-$50/hr flat rate, depending on experience and skills.
  • $100K-$140K annual earning potential based on experience, skills, and productivity.
  • Current highly skilled technicians are earning $120K+.
