Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $38-$45/hr Flat Rate (based on qualifications)

We are seeking a Honda Master Certified Automotive Technician to join a highly respected independent repair facility in Richmond, VA. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs on primarily Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles
• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems
• Complete timing belt services, wheel bearing replacements, brake repairs, maintenance services, and complex mechanical repairs
• Utilize ALLDATA, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Perform Virginia State Inspections
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and high-quality workmanship
• Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Honda Master Certification required
• 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
• Strong experience servicing Honda, Toyota, Acura, and Lexus vehicles required
• Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in an independent repair facility and/or dealership environment
• Virginia State Inspection License required
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat Rate Pay: $38-$45 per flagged hour based on qualifications
