A day-in-the-life of an ACGCar CareTechnician:
ACG Car CareTechnicians complete routine scheduled maintenance service on automobiles and trucks, as directed by a manager or Service Advisor. They spend their day performing basic automotive repair,adjustmentsand maintenance procedures, including, but not limitedto;oil changes, tire replacement &repairsand general vehicle maintenance.
In this role,AutomotiveService Techs will alsohave the opportunity to
General Service Tech:
Drive vehicles into service bays, prepare them for,and complete digital vehicle inspection
Performs general automotive maintenance and repairs
Test drive vehicles and preparevehiclesfor delivery tocustomers, after necessary repairs and maintenance are complete
Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positivemember/customerexperience
Learn from Technician A, B,and C colleagues to further advance your career
Technician C:
All General Service Tech opportunities plus:
Perform automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders
Complete fluid exchanges, alignments,brake services,basicrepair,and maintenance services, etc.
Technician B:
All TechCopportunities plus:
Work with, mentor,and train less experienced Technicians
Performs all Service Technician C duties plusadvanced repair and maintenance services
Technician A:
All TechB opportunitiesplus:
Work with, mentor,and train less experienced Technicians
Completeelectrical repairs, diagnostic repairs, drivability diagnostics, etc.

Pay rates starting at (rate based on experience + annual bonuseligibility)
General Service Tech $15 - $17 hourly
C Technician:$17 - $25 hourly, based on production
B Technician:$40,000 - $70,000+; hourly base with a weekly production bonus opportunity.
A Technician:$65,000 - $110,000+; hourly base with a weekly production bonus opportunity.

We are looking for candidates who:
All Service Techs
Have a High School diploma, GED,orTechnicalschool certification
Possessavalid driver’s license
Have mechanical aptitude
Are knowledgeable about automotive and/or truck systems, tools,and technical resources,andcanindependently perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance of automobile and truck vehicles
Understand and consistentlydemonstratethe proper use of equipment and tools used in such repair and maintenance, and the need tomaintaina clean, safe,and organized work area.
Canconsistently provide exceptional customer service and improve customer service scores
PreferredGeneralServiceTechQualifications:
G1-Auto Maintenance & Light Repair preferred
State inspection certificate where applicable
AC 609 Certification
Technician C:
All General Service Tech requirements plus
Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in automotive repair or completion of formal automotive training program.
PreferredC TechQualifications:
All General Service Tech preferred qualifications plus:
ASE Certifications(ortheir equivalent)A4-Suspension & Steering, A5-Brakes
AC 609 Certification
Technician B:
All CTech requirements plus
3 years or more of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center

AllCTech preferred qualifications plus:
Two other ASEcertifications(or their equivalent)
AC 609 Certification
Technician A:
All B Tech requirements plus
5 years or more of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center
PreferredATech Qualifications:

ASE Certifications (A1 – A8) with Master Technician designation or the equivalentcombination of technician certifications and ASE certifications.
ASE certification L1-Advanced Engine Performance Specialist
AC 609 Certification
Work Environment
May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.
This position involves standing, walking and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing,liftingand carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)
Must haveowntoolsappropriate fortheir skill level for use in the center.
Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning. Fans are present in all facilities.
Must be able tomaintainworking on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.
