Pay Rate: $28.00–$30.00/hour guaranteed base pay

Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus

Earning Potential: Up to $100,000

About Martin's Auto Service

Martin's Auto Service is seeking Automotive Technicians in Landisburg, PA, from motivated C-Level Technicians through experienced A-Level and B-Level Technicians.

You’ll have guaranteed hourly base pay plus the opportunity to earn a production bonus, along with training and room to grow your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle concerns
• Complete quality repairs efficiently
• Manage your time to support strong productivity
• Work with the team to improve shop performance
• Follow established repair and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications

• A-Level, B-Level, or C-Level automotive technician experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle concerns
• Strong productivity and time-management skills
• Advanced diagnostic ability especially valued for A-Level and B-Level Technicians
• Willingness to learn and grow through training opportunities
