is looking for technicians at all levels to join our winning team!
Technicians who stay calm under pressure, diagnose accurately, and complete repairs right the first time. You’ll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision, alongside a team that communicates clearly and supports you with training, the right tools, and steady work. - Diagnose fast & accurate—pinpoint the root cause and build a clear repair plan
- Deliver maintenance and repairs to a high standard—clean work, every time
- Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs
- Manage your bay efficiently—prioritize, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts—keep approvals clear and parts moving
- Document findings and recommendations clearly—pro-level notes, no surprises, no confusion
- Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and road-ready
WHAT YOU BRING
- Hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning
- Technical certifications and/or formal training
- Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix
- Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation
- Quality-focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners
- Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track
- Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for results
