Pay Rate: $16–$20/hour base + production bonus

Earning Potential: Production bonus opportunity with earnings up to $59 per flat-rate hour

We are seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician to join a well-established, family-owned independent repair shop that has been serving its community since 1980. Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance services and recommended repairs.
• Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate repair needs clearly.
• Help mentor and support developing technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing automotive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
• B-Level or strong C-Level automotive technician experience.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay of $16–$20 per hour
• Production bonus plan
• Opportunity to earn up to $59 per flat-rate hour based on production
