Automotive Technician (B-Level)
St. Charles, IL
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
$25–$35/hour (based on experience)

We’re looking for a B-Level Automotive Technician to join a team-oriented, high-performing shop in St. Charles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in their work, and wants to continue growing in the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance
• Support team members and contribute to overall shop efficiency
• Use digital tools and systems (DVI experience is a plus)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience
• Dealership background is welcome if culture fit aligns
• Team player mindset—willing to jump in and help others
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Organized with solid computer and people skills
• Clean-cut appearance and good hygiene
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• ASE certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record

Note: Heavy diagnostic experience is not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35/hour
