Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends

Pay: $25–$45/hour DOE + Monthly Bonuses

Pay Structure: Hourly | Biweekly Pay

About Milberts

Milberts is a busy automotive repair shop servicing approximately 50–60 vehicles weekly, primarily domestic makes, along with Asian and European vehicles.

Our shop features 3 service bays, 5 lifts, and a dedicated service advisor, allowing technicians to focus on repairs rather than parts ordering. We value teamwork, quality workmanship, and helping technicians grow their careers.

Compensation

• A-Level: $35–$45/hour
• B-Level: $30–$35/hour
• C-Level: $25/hour
• Pay Type: Hourly + monthly performance bonuses
• Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
• Perform brakes, tires, maintenance, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Complete engine repairs and replacements based on skill level.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain quality workmanship.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience.
• A-Level: 5+ years of advanced diagnostic and repair experience.
• B-Level: 3–5 years of general repair experience.
• C-Level: 1+ years of hands-on experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• State inspection license required; willingness to obtain required certification considered.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
