Eddie’s Auto Repair in Lenoir City, TN is hiring an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician

We offer $30–$40/hour flat rate pay, earning potential up to $104K+, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a fully air-conditioned and heated shop.

Pay Structure – Flat Rate

B-Level Technician

• $30/hour base flat rate

• Earning Potential: Up to $83,000/year

A-Level Technician

• $40/hour base flat rate

• Earning Potential: Up to $104,000/year

Top technicians and Master Techs may earn even more depending on experience and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and teammates

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Follow shop procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant automotive repair experience preferred

• ASE certifications a plus (reimbursement provided)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communicator and team player

• Professional and organized work ethic

• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
