Automotive Technician (A-Tech or Strong B-Tech)

Location: Sykesville, MD 21784

Pay Range: $39.00 – $49.25 per flat-rate hour + production bonuses
Earning Potential: $80,000 – $113,000+ annually depending on experience and certifications.

Dynamic Automotive is looking for an A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician to help grow our Sykesville location.

Pay & Compensation

• $39 – $49.25 per flat-rate hour

• Retroactive production bonus: $1.85 – $5.00/hr

• Strong technicians can earn six-figure income potential

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair

• Work on a wide variety of vehicle repairs

• Maintain high-quality repair standards

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians
