Location: Wilmington, DE Area (Multiple Locations)
Pay Rate: $27.50-$45.00 per Flat Rate Hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: Up to $110,000+ Annually
Guaranteed Pay: $1,000 Weekly Draw

Key Responsibilities

B-Level Technician

• Perform fluid services and scheduled maintenance
• Complete wheel alignments
• Repair suspension and steering systems
• Perform engine and transmission replacement
• Complete a wide variety of general automotive repairs

A-Level Technician

• Diagnose and repair electrical system concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Conduct system testing and verification
• Diagnose and repair complex drivability concerns
• Complete advanced diagnostic and repair work accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic skills preferred
• Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume shop environment
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $27.50-$45.00 per flat rate hour based on experience
• Annual earning potential of $110,000+
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed draw
