Automotive Technician – A or B Level Technician- 2075

Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $25–$40/hour Hybrid Pay Plan
Estimated Earnings: $62,000 – $95,000+ OTE

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in producing quality work, staying organized, and working in a professional shop environment.

We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, solid diagnostic and repair skills, and the ability to handle general maintenance and repair work on European vehicles efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on European vehicles
• Diagnose and repair drivability and mechanical concerns
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) consistently
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Provide accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work habits
• Follow repair procedures and manufacturer standards
• Road test vehicles when necessary, including manual transmission vehicles

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• European vehicle experience preferred
• A or B Level technician skillset
• Strong productivity and work ethic
• Professional attitude and team mentality
• Experience performing general maintenance and repair work on Euro vehicles
• Comfortable using DVI systems
• Good communication skills
• Clean and valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Dealership experience is welcomed
