Master / A-Level Automotive Technician – $38–$50/hr Flat Rate – No Weekends

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $38–$50/hr Flat Rate
Guarantee: 30-Day Production Guarantee
Earning Potential: ~$100,000+ annually

Promotive is hiring an experienced Master / A Level Automotive Technician for a busy, family-owned dealership and service operation in Myrtle Beach, SC This role is ideal for a technician who thrives on diagnostics, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants consistent weekday hours with strong earning potential.

This shop operates both a dealership service department and a recon center, servicing a wide mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Technicians enjoy a collaborative team environment, steady vehicle flow, and leadership that is actively involved in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on a wide variety of vehicles

• Repair and service major automotive systems including engines, brakes, suspension, steering, and drivetrains

• Use professional diagnostic tools such as Autel and Snap-On scan tools

• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document repair recommendations

• Work closely with the service advisor to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow manufacturer and industry repair standards to ensure quality workmanship

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Master Technician

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience working on domestic and Asian vehicles

• ASE certifications preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat Rate Pay: $38–$50/hr depending on experience

• Annual earning potential: ~$100,000+

• 30-day Guarantee for First 30-days of employment to get acclimated (after 30-days Flat Rate)
