A Level & B Level Automotive Technician - Up to $100K+ - No Weekends
Location: Stewartsville, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00-$38.00/hr + Production Bonus
Pay Type: Hourly + Tiered Performance Bonus
Pay Schedule: Biweekly

What You'll Do
- Perform automotive diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
- Diagnose drivability, engine performance, electrical systems, and vehicle concerns using modern OBD-II diagnostic scanners and testing equipment
- Repair braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, engine systems, cooling systems, and drivetrain components
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with accurate documentation and repair recommendations
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to maintain efficient workflow and outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Participate in paid training to stay current with today's automotive technology
What We're Looking For
A-Level Automotive Technician
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Able to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
- Experience using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
B-Level Automotive Technician
- 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Comfortable performing maintenance, brake repair, suspension work, steering repairs, tire services, wheel alignments, and general mechanical repairs
- Light diagnostic experience preferred with the desire to continue developing advanced skills
For All Candidates
- ASE Certifications are preferred (reimbursement provided after successful completion)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
- Dealership and independent repair experience are both welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay
- A Level Technician: $35.00-$38.00/hour based on experience
- B Level Technician: $25.00-$30.00/hour based on experience
- Tiered production bonus program adding up to $5.00 per billed hour to your hourly rate
- Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually
