Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45-$50 per flagged hour (Flat Rate)
Pay Type: Flat Rate + Production Bonus

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a AAA-approved independent repair shop in Collingswood, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled diagnostic technician who enjoys solving complex electrical, drivability, and vehicle network concerns. You'll work in a modern facility with advanced diagnostic equipment, a steady flow of challenging repair work, paid training, excellent benefits, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and intermittent vehicle concerns.
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics using oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, OBD-II diagnostic scanners, and factory-level scan tools.
• Diagnose CAN bus, LIN bus, module communication, and vehicle network faults.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and develop accurate repair strategies.
• Complete complex automotive repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate diagnostic findings and recommended repairs with Service Advisors.
• Support fellow technicians with challenging diagnostic cases.
• Participate in ongoing paid training and technical education to stay current with evolving vehicle technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic expertise.
• Strong experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems, engine performance, drivability, and communication network concerns.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, OBD-II diagnostic scanners, and advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Strong automotive wiring diagram interpretation and electrical diagnostic skills.
• ASE Certifications are welcomed but not required.
• Professional, accountable, team-oriented approach with pride in producing quality repairs.

Compensation

• $45-$50 per flagged hour (Flat Rate)
• Progressive production bonus program
