An innovative independent shop in San Francisco is looking for a seasoned A-Level Automotive Technician to join their highly skilled team. With a strong focus on EVs and hybrids, this shop blends the latest technology with a supportive, structured work environment designed for employee success.

The right technician will bring 7+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in electrical and hybrid repair. Tesla background is preferred but not required—dealership-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply.

• Proven diagnostic and repair expertise (EV/Hybrid experience strongly desired)

• Ability to work independently and mentor others when needed

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
