Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

• PCA Technicians complete thorough automotive digital vehicle inspections on every vehicle prior to performing any repairs and maintenance

• PCA technicians perform repairs such as brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, electrical issues and all manners of automotive engine and transmission repairs.

• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and translate findings to Service Advisor

• Always maintain a clean, safe work area!

Must haves:

• Possess a valid Driver’s License

• Can pass a Drug Screen

• 1-year of Automotive Repair experience

Technician Requirements:

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects, and the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures. 

• Hard worker, someone who works diligently to get tasks done and demonstrates personal characteristics, such as responsibility, dependability, communication, and teamwork.

• Display a commitment to learning new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry

Pay Ranges: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
