Automotive B-Level Technician (Up to $120K+)

Caples Car Care has been one of the busiest and most trusted shops in Westminster for over 10 years. We service approximately 75 vehicles per week, have a strong local reputation, and we're looking for a skilled technician to help meet demand.

If you're a solid B-Level Technician who can handle diagnostics, produce hours, and wants to work with a team that treats people right, we want to talk to you.

What We Offer

• $37.50/hour Flat Rate
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $800/week guarantee for your first 90 days
• $100/day guarantee after 90 days
• Top technicians earn $110,000-$120,000+ annually

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics and repair work
• Handle drivability concerns and troubleshooting
• Complete maintenance and repair services
• Perform engine, transmission, and differential repairs
• Produce 40+ billable hours per week
• Work alongside an experienced shop foreman and team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Experience using Snap-on and Autel scan tools
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to consistently produce hours
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
