The objective of the internship is to support the training process of our client's technicians and increase their knowledge about the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnostic procedures to achieve the highest level of repair quality.
In this role you will:
Be supporting the preparation and delivery of the training courses, as required by the guidelines, ensuring a high level of technical competence.
Take care of the equipment (diagnostic tools, vehicles, projectors, etc.), the workshop and classrooms.
Cooperate in team building and collaborate in solving potential problems (team working).
Communicate potential critical situations to the PM and suggest improvements.
Commit to continuously improving their quality standards and correcting the implementation of project processes during delivery if necessary.
Assist in developing new training materials and methods.
Manage course participants according to daily situations during delivery, ensuring consistently high service quality.
Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (Automotive field),
Advanced user of MS Office package,
Good knowledge of English (B1) and Italian, spoken and written,
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different people,
Able to manage classrooms, with technical problem-solving skills,
Team player with a strong interest in automotive.
