General Summary:
The candidate will work with a fast-paced automotive systems team working on Snapdragon™ SoCs for leading car OEMs for digital cockpit and ADAS/AV solutions. The daily tasks will involve engaging with a globally diverse team of systems, HW and SW engineers across IP domains to understand program and data flows, corresponding performance requirements, and KPIs relevant for internal and customer use case scenarios. Work will involve designing, developing & maintaining system performance models that can simulate automotive use cases and generate analysis reports for performance, power & thermal analysis, then support new generation SoC product definition and design.
A background in SoC architecture fundamentals, and basic understanding of internal HW IPs, and system modelling development is preferred. Candidate is also expected to have strong analytic skills to distill & interpret model output metrics to indicate impact to SoC performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
